Another day of goals met.


First, in the morning, Britny and I went for a walk (2.22 miles). The poor girl is trashed. She was so tired when we got back, she just collapsed at my grandma’s feet. The drank some water, a bit at a time, from a baby bottle, and I gave her a massage. Later, she got a hot shower and more massage time. My girl is truly a princess.

Then, in the p.m., I went to the gym to get in my “run.” No one truly knows how important my “run” is to me on some days. Lately those days are closer and closet together, but I have to say that I love them! The “running” not the days. I wish I could just jog or run anywhere else, but I wouldn’t be able to walk the next day. Stupid knees!

In any case, that resulted in this:

One may think that thus would make me happy, as seeing this daily may result in the loss of 20 lbs. in 5 weeks. However, it does not. Reason: I know the kind of damage 20 lb. weight loss in 5 weeks can cause. I did try to eat back my workout Calories, but there was nothing to eat. A girl can only it so much.

P.S. – After many months in plateau, I lost 3.4 lbs. in the last week.
