Day 2

Today every thing hurts. I feel like someone hit me with bat at the rib cage. Also, I signed up for the free Weight Watchers trial. So, today I spent 1.5 days worth of points. We’ll see about tomorrow, which is also when I go back to the gym.Good luck to me....

The first Day

Today was the first day. I went to the gym with MA for about 45 min. That is: 20 min on the elliptical, 10 min on the recombinant bike, and 10 min abs, plus 5 min stretches. I feel great!Starting weight: 291 lbs, or 20 stone, 11lbs.
